Helps fulfill Fe intake in patients w/ Fe deficiency anemia.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 chewable tab once daily.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Excessive Fe intake ie, hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis. Fe utilization disorders ie, lead or sideroachrestic anemia, thalassemia. Non-Fe deficiency anemia ie, hemolytic anemia.
Special Precautions
If anemia is caused by infection or abnormalities, substituted Fe will be stored in reticuloendothelial system & will only be mobilized & sterilized after main disease has been cured.
